Having grown up in Fayetteville, AR as the daughter and granddaughter of local small business owners; Tracy learned early the value of hard work and treating people well. Time and again, she saw her family exemplify the idea of treating neighbors and friends with compassion and respect. In her youth, Tracy fell in love with horses and participated in rodeo events, excelling in barrel racing and rodeo cutting. As an adult, Tracy channels this passion into support for the Northwest Arkansas Horses for Healing.

After completing her education, Tracy and her young family had the opportunity to move to Fresno, CA. This life changing experience taught Tracy the art of “corporate relocation.” It also gave her a heart of empathy for anyone trying to establish life in a new community and she understood well the need for information on area schools, local events, clubs, and youth programs. After her boys were settled in school, Tracy focused her passion on starting her own real estate career. She spent 10 years in Fresno learning the real estate business in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Those years taught Tracy that excellence in service, the willingness to go the extra mile for her clients, and up to the minute market knowledge were the only ways to be truly successful.
When Tracy was fortunate enough to move back to Fayetteville, she brought those cornerstone’s of wisdom with her.   For Tracy, finding a broker who shared her belief in teamwork and excellence was paramount.  She found these traits in Harold Crye of Crye-Leike Realty. His servant leadership style and commitment to honesty and integrity were the perfect fit for Tracy.
Outside of the office, Tracy works with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, spends time with horses, goes scuba diving, and is an avid supporter of the local arts.
